Cancellation Policy:


1. In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it can not be cancelled using our website


Return Policy:


  1. Return/Exchange is available for selected products only, the return information is available on the product page on the website. The return policy of a product can be changed without prior notice.
  2. In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product to our office address.
  3. Return/Exchange charges may apply on case to case basis.
  4. Unpacking video is mandatory for customer returns, without unpacking video customer returns will not be accepted, We suggest you to kindly make a unpacking video of the product while opening it.


NOTE FOR RETURN


  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within the return period (Refer product page) the product would not be accepted.

To support return or exchange claims, please follow these steps when recording your unboxing video:

Start Before Opening

  • Begin recording before unwrapping.
  • Show all sides of the sealed parcel with the shipping label visible.

No Edits or Cuts

  • Record in one continuous shot—no pauses or edits.
  • Keep recording until the product is fully visible.

Clear & Visible

  • Ensure good lighting.
  • Show the product, invoice, and packaging clearly.

Inspect the Product

  • Show the item from all angles.
  • If anything is wrong (missing/damaged/wrong item), highlight it in the video.

🔸Note: A valid unboxing video is mandatory for processing claims. Requests without it may not be accepted.
